What does a service call cost?
Our flat service-call fee is $95 — that covers travel, full diagnosis, and an upfront repair quote. If you approve the repair, the $95 is waived. No diagnostic charge on top of the repair cost.
What if I'm outside your primary service area?
We likely still cover you. We service three pricing zones plus a small no-service area. Take a look at our service area map to see which zone you're in and what pricing applies. If you're near a boundary or don't see your city pinned, text us or call — we'll confirm in under a minute.
What's your warranty?
90 days on parts and labor for every repair. If something we fixed fails within that window, we come back at no additional charge.
How fast can you get out here?
We schedule appointments Mon–Fri, 9a–3p with a 2-hour arrival window. Same-day or next-day appointments are often available; during busy seasons we'll book you for the soonest opening.
Can I book online?
Yes — 24/7. Book online here, call (760) 994-9710, or text (760) 253-9335. Call/text reach a human during business hours.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — California licensed (#A44733) and fully insured. Both are required by law for contractors working in homes, and we take both seriously.
Do you repair commercial appliances?
No — we specialize in residential appliances only.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. Existing customers can also pay invoices online through the customer portal.
Already a customer — how do I see past service or change an appointment?
Log into your client portal. You can view past service history, manage upcoming appointments, schedule new service, and pay invoices, all in one place.
Do you offer installation or just repair?
Yes, we offer installation services in addition to repair. Call or text and we'll quote the install based on the appliance and location.
Do you use original factory parts?
Yes — we use OEM (original manufacturer) parts whenever they're available at a reasonable price and lead time. If an OEM part is discontinued, back-ordered, or dramatically overpriced, we'll use a high-quality aftermarket equivalent and tell you which we're using before we install it. Every part is covered by our 90-day parts & labor warranty.
